Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily management of cash and collections, ensuring the safety and timely receipt of funds.
- Record all financial transactions and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the ledger.
- Prepare and process payments, including supplier payments and employee reimbursements.
- Organize and archive financial documents to ensure traceability.
- Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Participate in audit work to ensure that the company's financial activities comply with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or above, finance-related majors are preferred.
- More than 1 year of relevant work experience, candidates with cashier experience are preferred.
- Have good mathematical and financial analysis skills.
- Careful, rigorous, responsible, and good communication skills.
