Work with Telesales head to develop new innovative ways to meet and exceed set targets
Conduct market research for insights on competition in order to recommend new strategies
Work with the head of telesales to develop a robust sales and customer experience processes and strategies that will improve sales
Work with the acquisition team and identify new opportunities that can be explored
Work with the support team to create quick, fast and satisfactory customer experience and first call resolution.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on outcome of task handled and team supervision.
Coaching, training and motivating the sales teams in order to ensure the team meets the sales targets
Work with HR & Telesales head in terms of sales training and development, as well as performance improvement plans
Conduct studies, research and have a good understanding of the market dynamics in the online, ecommerce and classifieds sector and present opportunities to management
Support the telesales head to ensure that all team targets are met
Selling the Jiji services to clients and surpassing daily call targets
Every other task assigned.
Passionate about sales, customer service and projects
Experience in the online, ecommerce and classifieds sector or related experience.
Proven and valid experience in managing projects and managing people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, detail oriented, collaborator and Team Player
Aptitude in problem solving and ability to use excel professionally and CRM
A fast learner and someone who is not afraid to meet new challenges everyday
Someone who doesn't hesitate to learn everyday and who will be learning a lot and using information to create new projects on your own
Self managed and autonomous. Ability to work without supervision
