Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Your team is responsible for over 5000 Active Clients on our database, ensuring repeat business from them and providing the best service
- You will make at least 60 calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest and listings on our platform, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- There are team members who will work together with you to ensure the success of your role.
- It is your job to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients and ensure that your revenue and job target is achieved by doing these.
Organizational
● Source new sales opportunities in existing companies through outbound lead follow-up and emails
● Influence customers to list their jobs on our platform, buy & retain the company’s services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
● Close sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
● Perform effective online demos to prospects
Functional
● Understand customer needs and requirements - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
● Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
● Capture complete information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
● Team with In-House partners (Sales Fulfillment team, sales, Customer Service, Banner Ad, Career Services) to build pipeline and close deals
● Other sales activities and assignments as assigned by supervisor

Key Skills & Competencies

● HND or BSC in a business-related discipline
● Proven working experience in telesales preferably B2B sales & account management
● Excellent use of MS office packages
● Proper understanding of the CRM software e.g Zoho
● Good record-keeping and follow-up
● Sales & Customer Service experience
