Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Develop and implement effective telemarketing scripts, call guides, and sales campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Set realistic sales targets, monitor daily team performance, and provide coaching or feedback as needed.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management to track progress against targets.
- Ensure excellent customer relationship management by maintaining high-quality standards in every customer interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and field sales teams to generate leads and optimize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in tele-sales or telemarketing leadership, preferably with exposure to target-driven environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills for engaging effectively with both customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze sales data, develop action plans, and execute growth strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, telecommunication tools, and basic reporting software for daily operations and performance tracking.
