Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technology Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving the sales of our technology products and solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology products and services, staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights on sales performance and market trends.
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market conditions, continually seeking ways to improve sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSc or HND in any discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of technology products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000
