We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technology & Systems Officer to manage IT infrastructure, networks, software platforms, cybersecurity, and user support. Responsibilities:
- Manage all internet, networking, Wi-Fi, and technology systems throughout EDENHALL.
- Maintain routers, switches, access points, printers, and security systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted internet and network performance.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors when required.
- Manage membership software, booking systems, payment systems, CRM platforms, and internal operational tools.
- Monitor software subscriptions and licenses.
- Ensure seamless integration between business systems.
- Provide technical support to management and staff.
- Resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Train team members on technology platforms and best practices.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Protect customer and company data.
- Monitor system access and security protocols.
- Support marketing and operations teams with digital tools.
- Manage company devices, email systems, and cloud storage.
- Assist in technology setup for events, meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Liaise with internet providers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, and external consultants.
- Negotiate service agreements and oversee vendor performance.
- Provide monthly reports on technology performance, security, upgrades, and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.
