Job Summary
We are looking to hire a seasoned Technical/Operations coordinator who possesses operational experience in OSV management to handle the management and preparation of an Offshore Support Vessel being prepared for relocation to a new operational base over the next 90 days in the role of a Technical/Operations Support Coordinator.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor various tasks performed by the crew and work team on the instruction of the DPA /op’s coordinator additionally coordinate crew and engineering work teams and schedules
- Instil safety standards in crews by promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with the vessels' SMS.
- Schedule and ensure regularly performed tasks are performed diligently and intended goals are achieved
- Prepare relevant documentation and notify the appropriate authorities of changes to vessel or its status.
- Ensure staff, crew, and vessel certifications are available and up to date
- Possess Strong Management potential, prior sailing experience would be an advantage (Kindly share a copy of the Seaman book).
- Communication, Interpersonal / Leadership & Planning Skills.
- Very proactive and being able to work in a challenging business environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a technical or operations officer
- Minimum of BSc. or HND certificate in any relevant field
- Must be organized and well put together.
