Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution and executive support to all computer users in a designated location.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform PC configuration and installation
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems for users of computer software applications and Operating Systems
- Troubleshoot computer hardware-related issues
- Support other units in the enforcement of the agreed incident, problem, and configuration management procedures
- Diagnose and resolve end-user network problems
- Support client network connections, local and mobile devices on-site and in remote locations
- Assist in implementing new network technologies, software, and equipment rollouts
- Maintain and support clean power provisions to systems – UPSs & Inverters
- IT assets/Hardware inventory administration
- Support and train end-users in a wide range of software applications as needed
- General hardware proactive maintenance in accordance with defined procedures and schedules
- Provide Executive software and hardware support to high-end clients both on-site and remotely
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Service support lead and IT Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a First degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a reputable organization
- ITIL Service Management certification, M365 Administrator Certifications, A+ Certification
- Oil & Gas industry dynamics knowledge
- IT products knowledge
- Systems Administration
- Computer hardware systems
- Basic IP telephony management
- Clear oral and written communication
- Excellent customer-focused service orientation
- Good relationship management
- Conversance with Cloud Platforms and ability to support Oracle Applications
- Networking experience and knowledge of cabling
