Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 15–25 field agents, ensuring performance, training, and adherence to standards.
- Oversee daily operations, site performance, customer satisfaction, and resource allocation.
- Act as escalation point for issues, liaising with technical teams for resolution.
- Provide reports, insights, and clear communication to management and field teams.
- Drive growth by supporting agents, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with sales/marketing.
Requirements:
- Diploma (minimum) or bachelor’s in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related.
- 3+ years in field operations, customer service, or technical support; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with mobile apps and troubleshooting; adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle (for site travel)
