A fast-growing phone and gadget retail store is looking for smart, confident, and tech-savvy Technical Sales Personnel to join our team. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable phones, gadgets, and accessories.
- Provide basic technical explanations and comparisons of products to customers.
- Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting minor issues, and guiding them on product features.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are always well arranged and updated.
- Track and record daily sales accurately.
- Stay updated on current tech trends, new products, and industry innovations.
- Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or low-stock items.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE/OND; additional certifications in Sales or ICT is an advantage.
- Experience in a phone/gadgets store or retail sales environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, accessories, and tech brands.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Fast learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Must be confident, neat, and well-presented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
