Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for executing agreed upon strategy for all technical operations within the company in a reliable and friendly manner; by driving people engagement within the technical team and enabling them to deliver customer satisfaction at all times.

Job Description/Requirements
· Oversee entire technical operations including technical resource planning & allocation, installation planning/delivery and sign-off
· Serve as first line support for the Business Development team for prompt delivery of closed projects in line with agreed-upon SLAs and supporting post-installation service calls
· Drive adherence to required safety procedures, aligned budgets and performance metrics for the team
· Ensure that required high quality technical talent is sourced timely in liaison with the People Operations
· Create an enabling environment for the technical team to carry out their responsibilities in an efficient manner
· Co-ordinate and advocate for required training needs for technical personnels
· Leverage the Installer Collective to deliver projects in a cost and quality efficient manner
· Manage reporting, strategy development and maintenance of policies and procedures that drive departmental growth, while also contributing to company’s key objectives
· Responsible for originating projects for communities to ensure timely and effective implementation
· Responsible for system designs for solutions between 100 – 500KW
· Manage the Project Management and Data Analyst teams to ensure efficiency
· Ensure all existing projects are operating optimally in line with SLA
· Engage in inter-departmental weekly/monthly planning meetings for review of progress towards achievement of business objectives
· Work with Business Unit Directors (Retail & Project Development Ventures) to promptly execute on closed projects and support design/assessments as required during the selling phase
· Engage with People Operations Manager to promptly source high quality technical talent
