Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily Production process in the plant
- Oversight function over plant staff
- Ensure proper documentation of processes
- Contribute to sourcing and supply of adequate Input materials
- Ensure monthly production targets are met.
- Ensure efficient use of production machinery and consumables
- Arrange for routine maintenance of machines to avoid breakdown and production idle time.
- Implement a cost-efficient production system for maximum returns.
- Other responsibilities within the scope of production could be assigned as necessary
