Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech & Automation Specialist to manage our digital infrastructure, streamline internal processes, and drive automation across multiple brands. You’ll play a key role in developing websites, integrating systems, and implementing smart AI-powered solutions that help our team work faster and smarter.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain cost-effective websites using WordPress, Webflow, or Framer.
Implement automation workflows across Gmail, Typeform, Zapier, Make, and similar tools.
Optimise backend workflows with AI-powered scripts and tools
Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues (e.g., form integrations, website errors, API connections).
Support content and design teams with landing pages, web integrations, and email campaigns.
Train staff on AI productivity tools and recommend best-fit technologies.
Audit existing systems and recommend scalable improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; CMS like WordPress or Webflow).
Strong knowledge of automation platforms (RTILA, Zapier, Make, or similar).
Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, video/image automation, AI chatbots).
Ability to audit, improve, and propose new tech stacks.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain tech solutions to non-technical teams.
