Team Lead VIP - Russian language

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute departmental plans, scale team structures, and goals
• Cultivate excellent long-term relationships with new and existing clients of the company
• Constant introduction of innovations to increase the LTV of clients within the company
• Optimize team communication with clients (calls, chats)
• Develop your own team from scratch
• Search for new opportunities and implement relevant ideas to improve departmental operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, Nigerian Pidgin, and Russian at a high level
• Experience in a call center or customer support role
• Experience as a team leader/supervisor/ of a team with 15+ members;
• Possesses high-stress tolerance, can handle difficult clients, and demonstrates high empathy and understanding of client psychology;

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience as a department head or group leader for at least 1 year;
• Experience in organizing the work of the department;
• Sales experience of at least 2 years.
