Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing business for new clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop business strategies.
- Build a client base and follow up with the clients to close business deals.
- Develop business prospects for new and existing customers
These objectives will be achieved through:
- Customer Engagement and Feedback
- Customer Retention
- Prospecting and closing deals
- Complaints Management
Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities):
Financial (50%):
- Fund Mobilization upon resumption (maximum of 60 days from the first day of resumption)
- Ensuring cost-effective funds through deposits.
- Generate new business and leads
Customer (30%):
- Provide financial advisory to high net-worth clients and institutional entities on the ideal asset allocation structure.
- Deliver investment-related presentations to the management team and/or third-party clients as required
- Ensure that customers understand the terms and conditions of subscriptions by explaining the benefits and features
Process (10%):
- Adherence to internal policies and compliance
- Detailed activity report and feedback to HOD
- Providing information and market insights to the investment team
- Effective deal/rate negotiation
- Provide information and resolve complaints of customers regarding their portfolios, Including suggesting information about other tailored offerings.
Learning and Development (10%):
- Obtain relevant certifications for career advancement.
- Participate in Knowledge Sharing sessions with a view to promoting customer-centricity amongst staff.
Stakeholder Management: Key stakeholders that the position holder will need to liaise/work with to be successful in this role.
Internal:
- Management team

- Clients and prospects
- Colleagues from across the group
Ideal Job Specifications:
Educational qualifications & functional/technical skills:
- B.Sc Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any social science course.
- Relevant training and Industry certification could be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience.
- Candidate should have Financial Institution but preferably Asset Management experience.
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of operational and regulatory environments
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Possesses problem-solving skills

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 850,000 Monthly (Target-based)
