Job Description/Requirements


Duties & Responsibilities
• Liaise with segment and sub-segment managers to Identify and acquire relevant B2B partners
• Market to highlight recommendations for new partnership opportunities
• Liaise with other business directorates to identify strategic discount offerings from existing customers
• Analyze current trends within the Banking industry and prepare competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Create internal and external awareness for partnerships leveraging the Bank’s platforms
• Conduct bi-weekly refresher sessions with the frontline on existing partnerships via emails and the frontline chatrooms
• Coordinate the activities of the partnerships team
• Oversees the development of yearly sales plans and re-forecast
• Responsible for process design, tracking, and fulfilment of partnerships
• Conduct on-the-spot checks and mystery shopping exercises for partners
• Ensure prompt renewal of Partnership agreements
• Monthly tracking of adoption of partnership propositions
• Work with the analytics team to identify new partnership opportunities based on customers spend pattern
• Share monthly reports of partnership usage with the segments team

• Acquisition and retention of relevant partnerships
• Increased card spend driven by discount partnerships
• Adequate internal and external awareness of partnerships
• A seamless fulfillment process at all partner locations
• Provide training content and training session
• Identification of new partnership opportunities

Qualification
• A good first degree from a reputable Educational Institution
• Master’s degree and/or professional qualification will be an added advantage

Minimum Experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a sales/marketing and customer relationship management role. A track record of closing tough business deals. A good knowledge of B2B and partnerships.
