Job Description/Requirements
A Supervisor that must be able to carry out the following duties:
● Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of clients’ buildings
● Supervision of all cleaning staff and reviewing their work schedules
● Ordering and keeping inventory of cleaning and other facility maintenance
equipment's/supplies
● Ensuring all cleaners and maintenance individuals adhere to safety procedures
● Motivating subordinates for high performance in the team
REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate degree
2. 2+ years’ experience in facilities management position
3. Strong understanding of leadership
4. Good interpersonal skill
5. Flexibility with time
6. Communication and reporting skills
