Job Summary

We are looking to hire a qualified individual to fill this position.

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the work flow of activities in the organization
  • Directing workers on what to do.
  • Monitoring the activities of the staff
  • Training of new employees.
  • Make sure customers are always satisfied so as to retain them.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a managerial role.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience working as a supervisor or manager.
  • Good leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Must be a patient and honest person.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with mobile phones, their parts, and operations is a plus.
  • Any level of qualification is fine.
  • Extra training will be given to the successful candidate.

Remuneration: Below NGN 100,000

Working Hours: Monday - Saturdays At Computer Village
