We need a Student Service Manager who can join our team to set up and run a profitable school.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive admitted students from sales, marketing, and program managers.
- Assign students to classes and sections within the school portal.
- Assign Teachers to classes and sections within the school portal.
- Schedule and give Orientation to admitted students, send welcome email and materials.
- Collaborate with the program managers to design course timetables and annual schedules.
- Develop strategy in collaboration with management on student recruitment webinar.
- Teach new students/ faculties how to the use school portal.
- Set up students' payment plans at admission and end reminders to students.
- Issue and mail certificates and transcripts to students who complete the program.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree from a reputable institution
- Have a sound overview of course programs being run by the school.
