He/She should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Job Description/Requirements
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics, awarded deals, and closed deals to meet or exceed company goals.
- Wear multiple hats: can work a sales deal from start to finish.
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and clients
- Gather market feedback and help set the strategic direction of the business
- Partner with Marketing to achieve lead generation, prospecting, and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline for the team
- Partner with the account management team to ensure a seamless Sales to Service transition
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players agencies and vendors.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to retain the existing customers and attract new ones.
- Identify business leads, attract, and convert potential clients to loyal ones.
- Increase the existing customer pool to boost market share.
- Identify and deploy the most effective channels to promote and raise brand awareness of the company’s platform.
- Negotiate transaction value and delivery timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc degree
- 7 - 10 years of related experience in sales
- Ability to influence decision-makers up and down levels with and without direct authority.
- Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands.
- Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders including direct and channel marketing, product management, and account management teams
- Develop and/or maintain current knowledge of - Competitor features and comparisons
- Product content, design, operation, and use cases
- Go To Market strategies and initiatives
