Design and implement processes and procedures for the smooth operation of the Store and responsible for daily materials management on site

Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment, and to assure proper stock levels. Notifies supervisor of critically needed products verbally or by preparing lists or purchase requisitions.
Issue materials only in required quantities for specific jobs after obtaining due authorization.
Manages reconciliation of building materials with respect to receipt/issuance
Receives all products ordered. Checks and inspects all items against purchase orders, order guides, market lists, requisitions, and invoices to ensure quality, quantity, and prices are correct.
Issues all supplies on a first-in/first-out basis using properly filled applications. Ensures that items requiring price listing are listed properly on requisitions.
Stores all products neatly in proper locations after checking them against requisitions.
Report all suspicious persons or activities and hazardous or unsafe conditions to the HSE Department.
Inspects and verifies that received building materials meets specifications and that orders are complete. Resolves order problems with vendors and departments, as necessary.
