The Store Manager is the guardian of our physical inventory and a champion of stock integrity. Your core responsibility is to establish and enforce rigorous systems for the secure, organized, and hygienic management of all food and non-food items, ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste/shrinkage.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Stock Intake & Verification: Officially receive and verify all daily deliveries from the Procurement Officer and vendors, cross-referencing against Purchase Orders and conducting quality checks.
- Organization & Tagging: Implement a strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system. Ensure all inventory is properly stored (refrigerated, frozen, or dry), tagged, and easily traceable.
- Issuance Control: Manage the issuance of stock to the kitchen and other departments based solely on approved, documented requisition forms/requests.
- Inventory Reporting & Audits: Update and reconcile physical stock logs daily. Conduct weekly full-cycle counts and submit daily/weekly inventory variance reports, flagging all discrepancies and low-stock items immediately.
- Loss Prevention: Actively monitor storage conditions and processes to reduce spoilage, waste, and stock shrinkage, aiming for a waste rate below 1%.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in stock control, storekeeping, or inventory management.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational discipline are non-negotiable.
- Proven familiarity with food storage procedures, hygiene standards, and FIFO principles is required.
- Proficiency in using digital stock management tools or robust spreadsheet-based systems.
