Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Male Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our storage facility. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of managing staff, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring accurate reporting to management.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily offloading and loading activities at the store.
Manage and lead a small team of 3–4 loaders, one sales attendant, and a driver.
Maintain accurate records of all product movement and store activities.
Provide daily reports to management using a smartphone and Telegram.
Ensure proper documentation of stock levels and transactions using Excel spreadsheets.
Oversee discipline, accountability, and efficiency of store operations staff.

Requirements:

Must be male, between 25 and 40 years old.
Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
Proven experience in store, warehouse, or operations management.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organised.
Ability to communicate effectively and report daily via smartphone.
Must be available on-site daily during loading and offloading operations.
Must provide 3 verifiable references.

Compensation:

Base Salary: NGN 250,000 per month (for handling a baseline sales volume of 10,000 crates of eggs ).
Commission: An additional amount (to be disclosed upon job offer) will be paid for every crate handled above the 10,000 monthly baseline. Handling includes offloading, reloading, and accurate record keeping.

Location: Abacha Barracks

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Time may vary. Occasional Saturday work as required.
