This role includes managing inventory, coordinating procurement activities, supervising materials distribution, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Store Management
- Supervise the operations of the General Stores, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of inventory.
- Receive and issue materials from the general store to various facility departments.
- Ensure timely documentation of all materials being received and issued.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Inventory Control & Material Handling
- Receive, verify, and record incoming materials to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
- Issue materials as requested by facility and technical teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for all materials taken to and from the site.
- Oversee the receipt and issuance of technical materials, ensuring proper tracking.
Fault Form & Maintenance Materials Management
- Receive and issue fault forms, ensuring timely communication of maintenance needs.
- Oversee and distribute plumbing and electrical materials, ensuring availability for repairs and projects.
Procurement & Office Assistance
- Manage office procurement by sourcing and purchasing required supplies.
- Support administrative and office operations by handling procurement-related tasks.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in store operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or procurement.
- Experience in facility management or technical storekeeping is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical materials.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
