Store Keeper

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, products, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
  
• Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient material storage and retrieval.
  
• Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for replenishment of inventory.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.
  
• Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material requisitions and orders.
  
• Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming or outgoing materials.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Gross
