Job Summary
Obitek Nigeria Limited is looking for a highly skilled stock handler to help in organizing, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, delivering and maintaining proper record of stocks that go in and out of the warehouse.
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain Inventory controls and management systems by introducing new ideas that could help make the inventory system better.
Maintain and reconcile stock across warehouses daily.
Prepare a weekly report showing a summary of stock balances and movements.
Prepare monthly stock reconciliation Report for Management (indicating discrepancies and stating reasons if any).
Monitor office supplies and ensure the warehouse is never out of supply.
Maintain stock of bad stock and ensure they are accounted for.
Track the shipment of goods.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
Examine the levels of supplies to determine shortages.
Quarterly physical stock across branches and preparation of quarterly stock report for Management.
Prepare annual reports for Management.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, and space management, logistics, and floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

- An essential quality of a potential warehouse manager is their organizational skills
- OND/HND or BSC
2 years’ experience in a similar role
Use of accounting software a plus
