Job Summary
We are hiring a Spare Parts Inventory Officer to take full responsibility for managing our spare parts store. The role requires both manual record-keeping with bin cards and digital inventory management using our in-house software. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable in ensuring accurate tracking of all parts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all spare parts using both bin cards and inventory software.
- Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations, and timely reporting of variances.
- Issue and receive spare parts to/from departments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management when reorder levels are reached.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and properly labeled for quick retrieval.
- Implement best practices for safe handling and storage of parts.
- Support audits and provide data for reporting as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or storekeeping (manufacturing background is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of bin card systems and inventory management software.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong discipline and integrity in handling company assets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other record-keeping tools.

Remuneration: NGN 90,000 - 120,000
