Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Spa Treatments:
- Provide a variety of spa treatments, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages, tailored to meet the individual needs of female clients.
- Perform facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other skin treatments using professional-grade products and techniques.
- Customize treatments based on client assessments, ensuring a personalized and effective spa experience.
- Stay updated on the latest spa trends and incorporate new techniques into treatments.
Client Consultation and Care:
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ needs, preferences, and any health concerns that may affect treatment.
- Provide expert advice on skincare, body care, and overall wellness, recommending suitable home-care products and routines.
- Ensure that each client receives a personalized and luxurious experience that promotes relaxation and well-being.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Hygiene and Safety:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and throughout the spa area.
- Sanitize all equipment and tools before and after each treatment, following strict health and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all treatments are performed in accordance with salon policies and industry regulations, prioritizing client safety and comfort.
Product and Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage the inventory of spa products, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and in good condition.
- Recommend spa products to clients for at-home care, driving retail sales within the spa.
- Keep abreast of new products in the market and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
Professional Development:
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training in spa therapies and wellness practices.
- Attend workshops, certifications, and industry events to stay informed about the latest developments in the spa industry.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of OND
