Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage our audience.
- Manage daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor trends, respond to comments, engage with followers, and respond to complaints.
- Design and edit eye-catching graphics, videos, and photos that align with our brand identity.
- Plan, create, and curate content for campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Optimize social media and website content to improve visibility and ranking.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Support basic IT needs for the team, such as troubleshooting website or social media issues.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of social media trends, SEO, and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights.
- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging visuals and content.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in marketing, digital media, or related fields; prior experience is a bonus.
