The Social Media Marketing Intern will assist in developing and managing social media content, campaigns, and strategies to grow the brand's online presence. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage our audience.
  • Manage daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, respond to comments, engage with followers, and respond to complaints.
  • Design and edit eye-catching graphics, videos, and photos that align with our brand identity.
  • Plan, create, and curate content for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Optimize social media and website content to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Support basic IT needs for the team, such as troubleshooting website or social media issues.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, SEO, and content optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for engaging visuals and content.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in marketing, digital media, or related fields; prior experience is a bonus.
