Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. The role is responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts responding to followers and clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

·   Manage company website

·   Manage customer requests and orders

·   Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency through tone, voice and terminology

·   Work with the kitchen department to create pictures, videos and stories

·   Promote brand and company awareness by creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.

·   Create and implement monthly social media strategies- themes, bulletins, etc.

·   Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

·   Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others

 

Requirements

·   Excellent writing skills

·   Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites

·   General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content

·   Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to  capture their attention

·   Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

·   Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once

·   3 years of social media management experience will be an advantage

·   HND or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field will be an advantage

·   Strive for excellence and willing to learn
