Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media accounts by curating, scheduling, and publishing content that aligns with our brand voice and values.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive campaigns that integrate social media activities with other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media platforms, and best practices to optimize performance and drive innovation.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts, adjust strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize social media advertising tools to create and optimize paid campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and awareness.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and maintain a strong brand image online.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Social media marketing and communication skills.
- Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytic platforms.
- Experience in managing multiple social media accounts and handling high-volume engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
