Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Write and edit compelling captions, posts, and blogs to communicate our brand story effectively.
- Ensure content aligns with the company’s goals and appeals to our target audience.
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Manage the posting schedule for all social media platforms.
Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and feedback to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
Advertising and Campaign Management:
- Design and implement paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Provide regular updates to management on growth, reach, engagement, and ROI.
Brand Representation:
- Ensure a consistent and professional brand image across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align social media activities with broader business goals.
Trends and Innovations:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in real estate marketing.
- Identify and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or related industries.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with user-generated content (UGC
- Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
