Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Developing original and engaging content tailored to the real estate market, including writing copy, and editing photos and videos.
- Site Visitations: Weekly visits to sites/properties for capturing quality photos and videos, ensuring content reflects the latest listings and developments.
- Physical Presence at the Office: Show up physically at the office 3 times a week
- Running Sponsored Ads: Strategizing, creating, and managing targeted social media ad campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Monthly Content Calendar: Drafting a comprehensive content calendar each month, outlining posts, themes, and campaign schedules for the upcoming period.
- Posting on Platforms: Managing and posting content on Instagram and Facebook, to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
- Community Management: Responding to comments, and messages and engaging with the audience.
- Creating Trends: Identifying and leveraging social media trends relevant to the real estate industry, and adapting content to align with these trends.
- Photo and Video Editing: Editing and enhancing photos and videos to ensure quality visuals for all social media posts and campaigns.
Requirements:

- Minimum of HND/B.Sc
