Social Media Manager and Customer Representative

Job Summary

A Fashion Brand in Lekki Phase 1 is looking for a Social Media manager and a Customer Representative, the person will be in charge of both roles. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the Brand’s social media accounts. He or she will have the responsibility of creating original texts and video content for the Social Media accounts.

Job Description/Requirements

A Fashion Brand in Lekki Phase 1 is looking for a Social Media manager and a Customer Representative, the person will be in charge of both roles. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the Brand’s social media accounts. He or she will have the responsibility of creating original texts and video content for the Social Media accounts. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the company's’ views in the most creative ways. You will be in charge of responding to comments and attending to customers needs and queries. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customers reviews

  2. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging contents daily. That is, Original texts, videos, photos and news 

  3. Design and implement Social media strategies to align with the Brand’s goals 

  4. Collaborate with other departments like, marketing, and sales to ensure the Brand stays consistent. 

  5. Suggest and develop new features to improve the Brand’s awareness, like promotions and competitions.

  6. You will have to stay up to date with current trends and technologies in Social Media, design tools, and applications. 

  7. Oversee the Social Media account’s designs 

  8. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences  

  9. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times 

  10. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

  11. Acknowledging and solving customers complaints 

  12. Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager 

  2. Excellent communication skills with a good command of the English Language

  3. Hands on experience in content Management 

  4. An excellent copywriting skill

  5. Knowledge of online marketing Channels 

  6. Knowledge of SEO, Keyword search and Google Analytics 

  7. Ability to deliver creative content (photos, videos, and texts  

  8. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

Education

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
