Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with TquartFoods' brand objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
- Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and industry leaders to build a strong community around the brand.
- Organize and manage online events, contests, and promotions to encourage user participation.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Use insights from data analysis to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to enhance organic reach.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep TquartFoods ahead of the curve.
- Implement best practices for social media optimization to improve visibility and engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and drive conversions through social media channels.
- Coordinate with customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree certificate.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a social media manager.
- Must reside in Lagos
- Must have good interactive skills on social media
- Must great creative mindset
- Must be able to engage on social media
