Salary: ₦80,000 monthlY

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company’s online presence, develop engaging digital content, and manage marketing campaigns that drive visibility and brand engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content creation, advertising, and leadership, with the ability to manage multiple platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
• Collaborate with management to align online campaigns with overall business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency and professional tone across all digital channels.
• Lead digital communication initiatives and provide creative input for marketing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, marketing, or digital communications.
• Experience in the technology, energy, or related sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in graphics design, video editing, and Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and organisational skills with a creative mindset.
