Job Summary

We are looking to hire an exceptional Social Media personnel who will double down as a Customer Experience Associate. The job holder will be responsible for managing and increasing productivity on all social media platforms. He/she will be required to run advertising campaigns, events, etc.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all Customer transactions on Social Media to identify process gaps & improvements
  • Create content tailored towards our Target Market
  • Help Our brands to improve Customer Service processes and interactions to create a positive customer experience through Social Media
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Our brands’

Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English or related fields
  • 2-3 years of solid experience working within Marketing and/Customer relationship management
  • Previous experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry preferred
  • Passionate about the importance of the customer experience
  • Extremely well organized, great at multi-tasking and managing your time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms
