As the Social Media and YouTube Channel Manager at Crisp TV, you will be responsible for managing our YouTube channel and all associated social media accounts. Your goal will be to optimize content for maximum visibility, drive massive views and engagement, and build a strong online community. You will use your expertise in SEO and social media.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of Crisp TV’s YouTube channel, including content uploads, optimization, and audience engagement.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for higher search visibility and engagement.
- Manage Crisp TV’s social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive traffic to the YouTube channel.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize the right keywords to ensure our content is discoverable and ranks high in search results.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building a loyal community around our content.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights to understand audience behavior and improve content strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality content strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, YouTube algorithms, and digital marketing to ensure Crisp TV remains at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels and social media accounts with a focus on driving engagement and traffic.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, particularly for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
