Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging and brand-aligned content (graphics, videos, blog posts, captions).
- Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, graphic design basics, video editing a plus).
- Experience running paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for creativity.
- 2–4 years in content marketing and social media management.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills (grammar, tone, clarity).
- Proficiency with SEO basics, keyword research, and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, GA4).
- Strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling.
