Job Summary

We seek to hire an experienced and skilled SME Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME loans, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and process loan applications from SME clients
Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses
Manage a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

Minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in SME lending or related field
Strong understanding of credit principles and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
