Responsibilities:

Facial Treatments:

• Perform facials, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and moisturizing.
• Apply masks, serums, and other treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
• Use advanced techniques such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and light therapy as needed.

Skin Analysis:

• Assess clients’ skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Conduct skin care consultations to discuss clients' skin goals, concerns, and medical history.

Client Education:

• Educate clients about proper skin care techniques and routines.
• Advise on the use of skin care products and recommend home care regimens.

Sanitation and Safety:

• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
• Follow protocols to prevent infections and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest skin care products, treatments, and technologies.
• Recommend and sell skin care products to clients based on their needs and preferences.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Address client concerns, answer questions, and manage appointment scheduling effectively.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and product sales.
• Handle payment transactions and manage inventory of skin care products.

Professional Development:

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
• Attend workshops and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• Minimum of SSCE
