We are looking for a male Site Supervisor who will complete construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with contractors, managers, and, other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.
- Translate blueprints into plans
- Coordination and supervision of workers.
- Provide schedules for workers
- Assign tasks to construction laborers
- Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
- Keeping detailed records of construction site activities.
- Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 Year of Experience.
- Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.
- Ability to complete construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a site, and ensure a high level of performance and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Ability to set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and visions.
- Ability to supervise sub-contractors.
- Experience in real estate is an added advantage.
