Supervising the activities of the sub-contractors and making sure that they work in accordance with the terms of the contract and to required standards and specification.
Writing and preparing reports to management on activities on sites.
Ensuring that construction work on site meets required specifications.
Co-ordinate all procurement activities and materials management.
Responsible for opening and closing project sites.
Liaising with all government and regulatory authorities.
Preparation of Bill of quantity and material scheduling reports.
Design, develop and manage the planning and execution phases of all projects with a view to bringing them in on time and on budget.
Provide leadership and support on critical decisions on all project and project staff activities.
Supervise and ensure that all building finishes are carried out to the highest standards.
To inspect and approve materials, making sure they meet the correct specifications.
- HND Civil Engineering or Building Technology with 5 years Post Qualification Experience.
- BSC Civil Engineering with 5 years Post Qualification Experience.
- An Experience in Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.
