Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Showroom Supervisor to ensure that showroom targets are achieved.
- Assist in stock management and ordering, reassess stock monthly, and ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
- Build long-term relationships that foster loyalty and trust with key customers.
- Ensure daily banking is reconciled and banked accurately.
- Ensure reports are sent in daily/as, and when due.
- Ensure the showroom and all displays are always neat and tidy.
- Enquiries and complaints handling.
- Alternative hotline management and handling RMA issues.
- Handle customer's enquiries, and complaints and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant certification in sales/marketing.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant and progressive experience.
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work, and strong business ethics.
