As our Showroom Manager, you'll be the face of the BT brand at our flagship showroom. You will ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience while leading and inspiring your sales team to meet performance and presentation goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily showroom operations and staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service & personal styling
- Ensure immaculate visual merchandising and showroom ambience
- Track and manage inventory and stock reports
- Handle customer issues with professionalism and brand sensitivity
- Oversee daily sales reports and coordinate with the head office
- Train and motivate showroom staff on brand, policies & sales targets
- Lead seasonal promotions, events, and product launches
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Minimum of HND
- Excellent communication leadership and customer service skills
- Strong organizational sales and team management abilities
- Must be tech-savvy and fluent in English
