Shopping Mall General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with the mall's objectives, focusing on maximizing revenue, occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage the mall's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
• Leasing and Tenant Relations: Manage leasing activities, including negotiating leases, ensuring a balanced tenant mix, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants to foster a collaborative environment.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional events to attract customers and enhance the mall's visibility in the community.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise mall staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that customer service standards are met, addressing customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintenance and Facilities Management: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the mall's facilities, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field
• 8 years of relevant experience
