Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

Full Stack Developer:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the user interface.
• Optimize system performance and conduct regular performance testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to conceptualize and build new features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Backend Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and decision-making.
• Develop and launch cloud-native, API-driven web applications.
• Optimize backend system performance and conduct regular testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain database architecture.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through continuous refactoring and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues promptly.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Mobile Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers.
• Implement and enforce best practices for mobile development.
• Optimize mobile application performance and conduct regular testing.
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

For All Roles:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in the respective domain (Frontend/Backend/Mobile).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Bias for action and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Full Stack Developer:

• Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong collaboration with UI/UX designers.
• Expertise in responsive and mobile-friendly design.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

Backend Developer:

• Expertise in server-side programming languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP).
• Experience with server-side frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in database management and API development.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Mobile Developer:

• Mastery of mobile development for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and UI/UX design principles.
• Proficiency in integrating mobile apps with backend services.
• Knowledge of app store submission guidelines and CI/CD pipelines.
