Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Leader to drive business growth, manage high-performing sales teams, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand market presence, achieve revenue targets, and position the company as a leader in its sector.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth and business targets.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base and market share.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance monitoring, coaching, and development of sales representatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
  • Present sales forecasts, revenue reports, and key insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Shorten sales cycles and drive the timely closure of business deals.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities and contribute to new product development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and high-level client meetings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
  • Self-driven, decisive, and resilient with strong negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to emerging sales tools and digital platforms.
