Job Summary

Achieving the sales targets and generating a continuous flow of sales revenue, Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly, Attracting Partners to the company who will be selling the company’s software products and services, and Ensuring the launching of sufficient software products and services in Nigeria and ECOWAS countries.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
  • Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Seeking new opportunities for the company to succeed and generate more customers and Partners.
  • Planning, direction, coordination, and ensuring sales and continuous revenue generation.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that will expand the company's client base in Nigeria and ECOWAS countries.
  • Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after-sales services to maintain and retain clients.
  • Reporting to the Practice Admin / Business Development Manager and Director of Finance & Admin by preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Helping to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiation.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track of success in sales and marketing.
  • Optimistic and enthusiastic in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Important Skills:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be goal-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be committed to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with and win clients for the growth of the company
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
