As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the commercial voice for every venture launched by Aorta Startup Studios. You'll translate technical features into clear market value, lead impactful Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Studio leadership to ensure new products are positioned for market success.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Define competitive positioning and compelling messaging that differentiates Aorta's offerings in the market.
- Own the development and execution of robust GTM plans for new studio ventures, ensuring successful product launches.
- Conduct market analysis, synthesize customer feedback, and analyze product usage data to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Develop foundational sales enablement tools and marketing collateral that clearly articulate value propositions to target founders.
- Build and maintain up-to-date customer journeys and persona profiles to ensure all content and campaigns are highly relevant.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and successful campaign deployment.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, growth funnels (AARRR), and sustainable product-led growth loops.
- Expertise in translating complex product features into compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates AORTA’s offerings.
- Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CRM) to derive actionable, data-driven insights.
- Skilled in designing and executing GTM campaigns, growth initiatives, and customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to align Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Ability to lead projects, prioritize multiple initiatives, iterate rapidly, and solve problems strategically based on data and feedback.
- Growth mindset with a metrics-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach, coupled with resilience, creativity, and adaptability.
- You have at least 1+ years in a dedicated Product Marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing impactful Go-to-Market campaigns that drive adoption and growth.
- You turn market data, customer feedback, and user analytics into actionable insights that inform messaging, positioning, and strategy.
- You confidently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception through successful delivery, keeping teams aligned and goals on track.
- You deeply understand customer journeys and personas, and naturally incorporate these insights into every strategy and campaign you execute.
- You bring fresh ideas and innovative marketing approaches, balancing bold thinking with measurable outcomes.
- You take full responsibility for your work, from strategy to execution, continuously iterating and improving to maximize impact for founders and users alike.
